We all need space to grow...

which is why we are creating a special place on an acre of land, right in the middle of Farnham, to do just that.

The NHS kindly created this video after we were recipients of a donation from the the North East Hampshire and Farnham Innovation Conference. They did a beautiful job capturing the project.

Nature has a unique ability to help people to feel happier and more connected. Our project aims to help people get more out of life. Whoever you are.

space2grow aims to improve the mental health of allsorts of people living in the local area by offering them the opportunity to connect with others in the great outdoors, through horticulture, conservation and conversation.

We also work with a variety of local organisations including children clubs, primary schools and most recently with the Farnham Maltings through an initiative called ‘Men In Sheds’. To find out more please click on the links below or email us at info@space2grow.space

Welcome Wednesdays

We run regular sessions every Wednesday where we provide a calm gardening space for those who are perhaps feeling a little isolated or want to have a quiet conversation whilst gardening in the company of others or who are perhaps going through recovery from personal trauma or feeling overwhelmed or anxious.

Learning through Nature

Working with local primary schools and children’s clubs we’re able to offer a unique outdoor learning space

Gardening Thursdays

Gardening has many proven emotional and psychological benefits. We have a varied garden with numerous projects to get involved in, from vegetable cultivation to creating and maintaining flower beds to nature conservation.

Men in Sheds

An opportunity to enjoy making and mending in the outdoors. Working in collaboration with Farnham Maltings, this group undertakes small community projects.
