Our mini gardeners have been busy! Over the last few weeks of veg club they have planted seeds, including peas, broccoli, radishes and beetroot, nurtured them and planted out the seedlings.

This week saw the second week of the parenting courses at space2grow.

Lovely to be at last back on the acre for ‘Cooking Club’.

This week the acre began to burst with pops of colour as it got bathed in some of the early Spring sunshine!

space2grow was full of fun this week with a visit from families as part of the new space2breathe initiative giving families a much needed break from home.

Following much pondering on the best approach to maximise the depth of our lovely pond our intrepid young volunteers ventured into the icy water in waders which turned out to be riddled with holes!

Despite the freezing winter weather space2grow remained open with a socially distanced pebble painting session proving a big hit with people of all ages.
