We all go a bit crazy if we don't get a bit of space, sometimes, away from it all, to be ourselves, to think about who we want to be..

Working together outdoors as a team, digging, planting, growing things can be as helpful as sitting in a room talking about your feelings.

Not that we don't do that too. We have a huge colourful shed, where we meet in groups to talk about stuff like parenting, relationships being a teenager and growing old...

Whatever kind of space you need to grow, whether it's a patch of ground to plant things in, a garden room to talk in, a beautiful space to to create in or a nature meadow to wander in, we can help you find it.

We are therapists by training, who have spent many years working in the NHS and in private practice. We absolutely believe in the benefits of talking to someone about how you feel, but we don't believe that you need to be in a clinical white room for that talking to be therapeutic. And sometimes you don't even need to talk, you just need a bit of space to breathe, listen, reflect...and grow.
